We begin with a free clarity call where you can share what’s been feeling messy or overwhelming. I can also run a few tests beforehand to see what the “client-end” experience looks like when someone interacts with your business. Once I have a sense of what’s happening behind the scenes - from both your perspective and my own findings - I can help you understand what’s going on and recommend the best next step, usually a Backend Audit.

Once I’ve reviewed your systems from the backend, you’ll receive a simple, clear action plan and a Loom walkthrough of what’s working, what isn’t, and where improvements will make the biggest difference. No tech talk - just an easy-to-follow to-do list that you can implement in your own time, or we can continue working together and I’ll take care of the updates for you.
