My path into systems wasn’t planned - it just kept choosing me.
I didn’t set out to become a “systems person.”
It started quietly. Anytime something felt messy, confusing, or inefficient, my brain would immediately begin mapping it out - “Why is this breaking?” “How does this connect?” “Where’s the gap?”
Whether I was doing SEO work, supporting clients with launches, or helping manage their email platforms, I always ended up inside the backend… cleaning things up, simplifying what felt chaotic, and making everything make sense again.
I quickly realised two things:
Most business owners don’t actually know what’s happening behind the scenes.
And they shouldn’t have to.
I became the person clients came to when:
- Their automations stopped working
- Their tools weren’t talking to each other
- Their clients weren’t receiving access
- Their upsells didn’t trigger
- Their launch emails had the wrong tags
- or everything simply felt “off” and they couldn’t figure out why
The more systems I untangled the more I fell in love with the work.
Because to me, fixing systems is like solving a really satisfying puzzle.

I enjoy slow mornings, strong coffee, and cozy creative hobbies.
I’m originally from South Africa, now travelling and working remotely.
I always have a creative project on the go - watercolor, crochet, something playful.
